Can FairwayBooker help with tee time release windows?

FairwayBooker can help with tee time release windows on one of the supported Chronogolf, Tee-On, GolfNow Business, or legacy GolfNow-powered member booking flows. Check your course and account, choose your time range and players, then schedule an automatic booking attempt for when tee times open. Availability is not guaranteed.

When do tee times open for booking?

Each course sets its own opening time and how many days ahead you can book. Your membership, season and day of play may change that rule. Check the course’s official policy or your signed-in booking page, then use the calculator on this page.

How far in advance can I book a tee time?

Your course and membership determine how far ahead you can book. FairwayBooker schedules around that rule; it does not unlock earlier access. Have your play date, opening time, group and acceptable tee-time range ready before booking opens.

How do I prepare for a tee time release window?

Confirm how many days ahead your course opens booking, the local opening time and your membership permissions. Choose your play date, time range, players and holes, then schedule the attempt before that opening time.

Calculate when your course opens tee time booking.

Use the free calculator to work backward from your play date. Enter your course’s days-ahead rule, opening hour and timezone to find when booking opens. No account is needed, and calculating a release time does not schedule or book a round.

Use the rule for your own membership or public booking category. The course sets the booking window; the calculator helps you plan around it.

Quick answer

When does a golf tee time booking window open?

The course sets the rule. Subtract its published days-ahead value from the play date, then use the opening time in the course's local timezone. Recheck membership privileges and seasonal changes before relying on the result.

Free setup. Subscribe when you’re ready. Automatic booking is US$19/month for new US accounts or C$19/month in Canada. Subscribe for the months you play. Cancel anytime.

FairwayBooker product guidance · Updated October 2, 2026

Work backward from the course's official release rule.

A useful release plan needs four facts: the play date, how many days ahead the course opens, the opening time, and the course's local timezone. Membership tiers can change any of them.

Confirm the rule

Use the course's official policy or member portal. Do not assume every golfer receives the same lead time.

Calculate the opening date

Subtract the allowed days-ahead value from the desired play date, then keep the opening clock time in the course's timezone.

Prepare a range

Record an ideal window, acceptable backup windows, player count, and holes before inventory appears.

Researched course windows

Official policies checked September 23, 2026. These sources publish days ahead, but do not establish an opening hour. Each preset applies only to the stated booking category.

Desert Canyon Golf Club — Prepaid advance — non-refundable: 120 days, America/Phoenix. Official policy.
Desert Willow Golf Resort — Palm Desert resident cardholder: 3 days, America/Los_Angeles. Official policy.

Worked release-window examples.

The calculation uses calendar days and the course-local clock. The equivalent UTC time can change when daylight saving starts or ends.

Seven days ahead

For play on Saturday, August 22 at a course opening seven days ahead at 7:00 AM Atlantic, be ready Saturday, August 15 at 7:00 AM Atlantic.

Member and public windows

If members receive seven days and public players receive five, calculate each separately. The account privilege determines which date applies.

Across a DST change

Keep the published opening time in the course timezone. The calculator shows the UTC offset and flags when it differs from the play date.
