Common questions.

Answers about course support, setup and automatic booking.

Can FairwayBooker book through IBS WebRes?
FairwayBooker has an account-specific Eldorado booking setup for Tuesday through Friday, 1–5 players and 18 holes. Weston Lakes, Winchester and Madera use IBS WebRes, but their FairwayBooker booking support has not been verified. Request a course check before planning automatic booking at those clubs. A shared booking platform does not establish support.
Does using IBS WebRes mean my club is automatically supported?
No. Clubs configure their facilities, membership privileges, booking windows and checkout separately. Only the reviewed Eldorado setup is available today; the three other clubs listed here need a course-specific review.
What should I include in a course-check request?
Use your club's request link to prefill its name and official public tee-time link. During the free review, we'll confirm your membership type and booking permissions. No course password or payment is needed.
How do I book directly while my course is being reviewed?
Use your club's official IBS WebRes portal and your own authorized member account. Ask the club about membership eligibility, release times, playing partners and cancellation rules.
