Use the Truro Golf Course tee sheet for an outdoor round; TrackMan is a separate booking choice. The public Chronogolf configuration reviewed October 11, 2026 lists 9:30 PM Atlantic, eight days for Full Member and four days for Guest. The club’s Terms & Conditions instead say green-fee guests may book up to three days ahead. That difference needs confirmation with the golf shop; neither source proves a particular account’s access or available inventory. The Guest configuration requires a credit card, while the Full Member configuration does not; the selected account and rate remain authoritative. The official terms publish a one-hour cancellation deadline and a $25 + HST per-person no-show fee. The portal also calls for player names on guest bookings. Confirm the actual group, cart needs and latest seasonal notices, then keep the confirmation email associated with your booking profile.
