Illustrative setup: you and three regular playing partners want 18 holes on Saturday at 8:00 AM, with 30 minutes of flexibility either way. This example shows what to prepare; it is not a live booking result or a claim that every Chronogolf account is supported.
1. Verify the course membership
Check the course, connect your own account and confirm the correct membership. Use that membership’s days-ahead rule, opening hour and course timezone; another golfer’s window may be different.
2. Select the round and playing partners
Choose the play date, 8:00 AM, four players, 18 holes and the 7:30–8:30 AM range. Select your preferred partners or saved group and check the player identities and membership types.
3. Authorize the attempt, then review the outcome
Review the calculated release time and booking details. Once setup and booking access are ready, give the final live-booking authorization and select Schedule attempt. You can close the app; check the result afterward. A scheduled attempt is not a confirmed reservation.
Set up automatic booking for your Chronogolf course
Use the course's official member tee sheet and the membership attached to the signed-in account. Chronogolf's official member guide lists examples of 5, 7, 10 or 14 days ahead depending on membership. Your course and signed-in profile determine which rule applies.

- No. If the course requires online card payment to complete the reservation, finish that booking directly in Chronogolf. A FairwayBooker subscription does not pay course charges or remove payment requirements.
- Do I need to stay online when tee times open?
- After your account passes setup and you authorize a scheduled attempt, FairwayBooker runs it at the configured course release time. You can close the app. A saved plan alone does not schedule an attempt; review the result afterward to see whether a reservation was confirmed.
- Can I plan my regular weekly rounds?
- For a supported account, choose weekdays within a start and end date, prepare your group and acceptable time range, then review and approve the attempts. Each play date has its own release time and result. Course fees are separate from your FairwayBooker subscription.
- How do I book a tee time through Chronogolf?
- Use the course's official Chronogolf booking flow and your own authorized course account. For a supported account, FairwayBooker can attempt the booking when tee times open using your chosen players and time range. Your course rules and membership determine which times you can book.
