These Terms govern your use of FairwayBooker, including course-fit review, guided setup, subscription billing, availability checks, and authorized tee time booking attempts.
The service and booking outcomes
FairwayBooker helps eligible golfers prepare and run bounded tee time booking attempts on supported course portals. Course rules, membership privileges, provider availability, live inventory, network conditions, and portal behavior remain outside FairwayBooker’s control.
FairwayBooker does not guarantee a tee time, a particular start time, uninterrupted service, or continued support for any course or booking provider.
Your authority and responsibilities
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and permission to use the course account, membership, payment method, and player information you provide. Information supplied for setup or booking must be accurate and current.
You remain responsible for course fees, guest eligibility, cancellation deadlines, no-show rules, account security, and reviewing the final booking result.
Subscription, cancellation, and refunds
The price in Canadian dollars, billing interval, taxes, and any other payable amount are shown before you confirm Stripe Checkout. The founding plan renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes payment and provides the checkout confirmation and receipt.
You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal available from your account, or contact FairwayBooker for help. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally remains effective through the paid billing period. If an approved founder course or membership flow proves unsupported before its first live booking attempt, FairwayBooker stops, cancels that service, and refunds the affected founder payment. Other refund requests are reviewed according to the service delivered and any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
You may use FairwayBooker only with your own authorized account and normal booking permissions. You must not use it for tee time resale, hoarding, multi-account abuse, credential sharing without permission, interference with a course or provider, evasion of access controls, or violation of applicable rules or law.
FairwayBooker may pause or end access when needed to protect users, courses, providers, the service, or legal rights.
Independent providers
FairwayBooker is independent and is not affiliated with Chronogolf, Tee-On, GolfNow, listed golf courses, or other booking providers unless expressly stated. Their terms, privacy practices, account decisions, inventory, and charges apply separately.
Links and provider names identify booking context only and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
Privacy and service communications
The Privacy and Analytics notice explains how FairwayBooker handles course-fit details, account data, booking preferences, billing references, analytics, and service providers.
You agree to receive transactional messages needed for receipts, setup, account security, booking status, support, and material service changes. Optional marketing communications may be declined separately.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided using reasonable care, but it may be unavailable, delayed, or changed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairwayBooker is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable inventory, provider outages, course decisions, inaccurate user information, or missed booking opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
FairwayBooker may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders before they take effect.
