FairwayBooker separates provider documentation, course-published rules, product capabilities, and observations from a specific authorized account. Those are not interchangeable kinds of evidence.
Source selection
Time-sensitive course rules are cited to the course's official site or member documentation when public. Provider behavior is cited to official provider documentation where available.
Publication threshold
A course-name guide is indexed only when it adds independently reviewed policy detail. Otherwise the old URL consolidates into the supported-courses directory for a current fit check.
Release calculations
The calculator subtracts calendar days from the desired play date, keeps the opening clock time in the selected course timezone, and shows the resulting UTC offset so daylight-saving changes are visible.
Course evidence states
Live-tested means a specific authorized course flow has current monitored-run evidence that can be described with permission. Researched means official public sources were reviewed without claiming a live outcome. Needs review means the current portal, account permissions, or course rules still require a fit check.
Outcome evidence
A publishable case study must identify the course context with written permission, the rule reviewed, target and fallback windows, dry-run and attempt timestamps, result, limitations, and whether the evidence came from a monitored live run.
Founding-pilot evidence
Three founding-pilot spots include a no-charge course-fit check and public compatibility test, followed by signed account verification before billing, in exchange for written permission to document the process and result. The participant reviews the case study before anything is published.
Current case-study status
No course currently carries a public Live-tested label, and FairwayBooker does not currently publish a customer outcome case study. It will not substitute a simulated result or an anonymous marketing claim for consented booking evidence.
