Before reserving a round

North is an 18-hole, par-72 layout at Golden Eagle in Pitt Meadows. The official site links its booking service to Chronogolf. The membership page offers South-only and Both Courses options, so a membership label alone does not establish North access. Full Play advertises seven-day play and an 11-day booking window; Weekday advertises 10 days for Monday–Friday excluding holidays. Twilight categories have additional seasonal time restrictions. Neither the membership page nor booking instructions establish the exact daily opening hour: confirm the hour for your own category in Pacific time. The club requires cancellations by phone at 604-460-1111 extension 1 or by its published email; online cancellation is unavailable. Its policy separates cancellations at least 24 hours ahead from later cancellations and excludes refunds for no-shows or prepaid groups arriving with fewer players.

Steps for your booking account

Select North Course in Golden Eagle’s Chronogolf tee sheet, then confirm that the signed-in public or member category permits this layout.
For a member account, check Both Courses versus South-only access and the permitted days and times. Ask the club for the exact daily opening hour in Pacific time.
Enter the actual player count and required options before checking setup. Review the club’s refund terms; contact the golf shop for cancellations rather than trying to cancel online.

What to confirm with the golf shop

Does my category include North, which days and times can I play, what is its advance window and Pacific-time opening hour, and how should I change or cancel my group?

Open the release-window calculator once you have the course’s rule.

How automatic Chronogolf booking works: the exact course and your account must pass setup checks before an attempt can be scheduled.

When a monthly plan could help

If you play here regularly and your preferred times fill when booking opens, start by verifying your course account during free setup. Confirm the correct layout, player category, release time and acceptable alternatives before subscribing. This guide has not verified a customer account or a successful booking at Golden Eagle Golf Club — North Course.

For example, four planned rounds in a month spread a C$19 subscription over four booking attempts: C$4.75 per planned round, before taxes and separate course fees. This is a cost illustration, not a guarantee of four reservations. Subscribe only for the months you need booking access.
